1.      Advantages of comment cards
·         The comment cards are inexpensive to give to the customer, and it also helps in connecting the customer with hospital through mail.
·         The feedback of customers and patients is obtained through it, especially when a new customer visits the hospital.
·         Comments on the cards can be secured and kept in record for a long time.

2.      Disadvantages of comment cards
·         Few of the customers give the response on the comment card while major of the cards are left blank by the customers
·         It takes a long time to collect the right data and to identify the need of the business for accomplishment and improvement.
·         Those customers who fill it fall out in the category of extreme customer satisfaction, either they are very happy or very unhappy. It doesn’t give the insight what customers feel about the business (Powers, 2019).
3.      Use of these cards in the hospital business
Yes, I will use comment cards in the marketing design of business. It will help in knowing about the problems of business which the visitors face in the hospital. It helps in the promotion of hospital and in getting the information about patient safety and the quality of treatment provided to them (Rathert, Williams, McCaughey, & Ishqaidef, 2015). It also helps in knowing about the issues related to doctors, patients and other staff and addressing them in a better way.
4.      Other marketing research tools
I will use social media as a research tool for designing the marketing strategy for hospital. I will form a website and social media pages for evaluating the patient experience at online platform. I will also get reviews of customers on the page. It also helps me in getting feedback from customers and making improvements in the hospital. I will also promote the marketing of hospital by providing quality medical care to the patients and its advertisement.
