Lack of enough sleep will lead to severe health problems.
Positive sleeping habits guarantee mental and physical health in a proper manner. Making a proper routine for sleeping can save from different disorders. Sleeping hours should be constant and disciplined. Positive sleeping time routine includes different activities which may be in the form of changing night suit, reading stories and taking bath. One has to consider all these habits in concern with the sleeping routine.  Sleeping hours should be consistent with fixed timing. Such regularized positive habits lead to satisfaction of the parents and physical and mental fitness (Sung-Jung, et al., 2015).
Sleeping habits and bedtime routines have a great impact on our professional, social and academic life. The success dependency is almost relying on our physical and mental fitness. Unless we are no healthy both physically and mentally it is hard to have a successful life. Importantly sleeping hours has deep relationship with our academic performance and personal life. It has been proved by the study that one who sleeps fewer hours have negative approaches in life than those who took sufficient sleep. Individuals who sleep less than 8 hours in day have less positive approach toward life. They suffer from tiredness and could not get higher grades than those, who are having long sleeping duration in a day. This is creating troubles in their daily performances in academic and social life in the form of tiredness and mental stress. It becomes hard for them to compete in life with those who have strong working stamina with consistent behavior. Therefore, it is beneficial for anyone to have sufficient sleeping hours. Developing behavior will improve one’s life for both academic and health perspective (Cohen, Alper, Janicki-Deverts, & Turner, 2009).
